Wow, Wow Wow! Today we climbed over the Teton mountain range into Jackson Hole! We were so proud of ourselves! We crossed over the Rocky Mountains on the Teton pass. It was about a 10 mile climb starting at 2-4% for about 5 miles then 5-7% for 3 then a killer 7-11% for the final 2 miles. Elevation at the top was 8,432 feet.
The 50 mile route to get us to the pass was again scenic and another beautiful day! Did some early short climbs, saw an old Pillsbury silo, and a constant view of the Teton’s growing the closer we got!
We are staying the next two nights indoors at the Teton Science Center located in a beautiful canyon!
Stats for today: 72 miles, elevation gain: 4,723
